We accept a 14 day return policy, starting from the time, when the delivery status shows that it was delivered to you.

 

Refunds will be processed within a week of the day we receive the item.  You will receive a confirmation email and, if applicable, the refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment.

The shipping cost are non - refundable. Also, it is the buyers responsibility to arrange the return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must arrive in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase included.

 

Returns from outside the UK have to be specified as “returned goods” on any customs declarations and clearly labelled as such, to prevent import duty, VAT and administration charges being applied to the shipment. 

 

We will decline any shipment with outstanding customs charges and your parcel will go back to you.
